Shipping, Delivery, and Returns Policy

At Himalayan Honey Suppliers Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality Himalayan honey in secure packaging. However, if unforeseen issues arise during transit, we provide a simple and hassle-free resolution process.

Conditions for Returns and Reshipping

We will promptly resend your product or provide assistance under the following circumstances:

  • If the jar leaks during transit.

  • If the product is lost in transit.

  • If the product is continuously held in customs.

  • If, in the case of Mad Honey, the customer notices no perceived effect after following proper consumption guidelines.

Please Note:

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order already placed, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. We generally ship within 12 hours of order placement.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If you provided an incorrect shipping address during checkout, please let us know within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the product is shipped, we will be unable to update the address.

  • Shipping Limitations: If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from shipping to the provided country/location, we will issue a 100% refund of your purchase.

  • Undeliverable Addresses: If the shipping company cannot locate the provided shipping address, we will reship your order using an alternate shipping company.

  • Order Changes: If you want to switch to a different honey variant after placing an order, you will need to place a new order and request to cancel the existing one within the 12-hour window. Please note orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.

  • Payment Method: As we currently only accept bank transfers, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the original sender.

  • Contact Us: If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please reach out to us immediately via email or WhatsApp. Ensure that you include a full video and pictures of the delivered package.

  • Reshipping: We are committed to making things right. We will promptly resend the same product to you, and there will be no additional charge for the product itself.

  • Shipping Charges: Kindly note that reshipping charges may apply for returns or exchanges unless the issue involves a lost shipment.

  • Examination and Confirmation: Our dedicated logistics team will carefully examine the pictures and videos you provide to confirm any damage. Rest assured, we prioritize your satisfaction. Please be aware that we do not entertain fraudulent or deceptive claims.

  • Quick Turnaround: Return confirmations usually take no longer than 2 days, and we swiftly dispatch the replacement product to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
